Laura and FORGE help innovators with physical products move from prototype to commercialization and impact at scale - with a unique focus on manufacturing and nearshoring supply chains. During her time at FORGE, the nonprofit organization has supported more than 400 innovative companies with manufacturing-focused educational offerings and direct connections to local suppliers.
Prior to joining FORGE, Laura served as Executive Director at the Boston chapter of TiE, the largest global not-for-profit network dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship. Previously, Laura managed business operations at a scaling financial firm, designing the compliance, technology, and cultural systems and practices to support the firm’s growth and the evolution of the team.
Laura earned her M.B.A. from Boston University and her undergraduate degree from University of Rochester. Prior to completing her graduate degree, Laura worked for the Massachusetts Senate for three years.
